Yankee Barn Homes is one of Stratagesses’ first clients and continues to work with us today. For over 50 years, Yankee Barn Homes has been designing and building custom post and beam homes. They offer concierge-style service that takes customers through every step of the home building process from pre-design, design, and construction.

The challenge facing this high-end, $1M+ home builder was how to leverage their email marketing database of contacts to increase sales and drive more revenue. Due to the high barrier to entry by nature of price and product – Yankee Barn Homes was finding it difficult to convert leads, despite the high-volume being collected as a result of engaging and stylish home content.

The Solution
